Cyndee

Wine with a pale straw hue, its nose is marked by by a perfume of stone fruits, apricot, peach, and a suggestion of citrus, offering a ripe sorrento lemon and a tropical spicy note. On the palate, the wine reveals a subtle bitterness, followed by a grapefruit/pomelo note that was not apparent on the nose. The mouthfeel is semi-viscous, with a noticeable minerality that may be attributed to the chardonnay, but not in a lively manner. The finale is slightly bitter, with a full bodied consistency that is not overly complex.
