On the nose, it exhibits aromas of white flowers, freshly cut grass, and honeycomb, with a hint of white pepper.

Maikku
Disappointing return to its former glory, the wine's once-bright quince flavor has given way to a dull, unremarkable taste that fails to impress. The flavor is uninviting, lacking freshness and tension. The wine's aging potential is questionable, and its high price tag only adds to its perceived overvaluation. Not a wine for me, and I would advise others to avoid it.
Delamar
Sumptuous and opulent experience, with a full bodied and silky structure that just right complements the bold profiles of the grilled Bronzino and crisp romaine on the deck.
Ode
Crisp and crisp wine with a clean mineral profile and a nice symmetry of acidity.

This Chenin Blanc offers crisp acidity and pronounced minerality with citrus/green apple notes, though recent vintages show inconsistency. While praised for vibrant freshness and food pairing potential, multiple reviewers criticize its high price as disproportionate to experience.
This Domaine des Roches Neuves Clos de l'Échelier Saumur Blanc is an elegant and complex white wine. On the nose, it exhibits aromas of white flowers, freshly cut grass, and honeycomb, with a hint of white pepper. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with flavors of ripe pear, apple, and citrus, complemented by a long finish of minerals and toasted almond. An excellent choice for lovers of French white wines.
