On the nose, Le Rosé de Pauline offers a bouquet of vibrant red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes. These aromas create a sense of freshness and allure, inviting you to explore further. The palate is equally impressive, with a well-balanced structure and a harmonious blend of flavors. The red fruit notes continue to shine, accompanied by hints of citrus and a subtle minerality. The wine's acidity adds a refreshing crispness, while the smooth texture enhances the overall drinking experience. Le Rosé de Pauline is best enjoyed chilled, making it a perfect companion for warm summer days or as an aperitif.

Ferraz
Delightful, understated wine with a soft yet engaging character. The pale pink appearance is a charming introduction, but the nose reveals a briny, herbaceous, and melon-like bouquet. On the palate, stone fruit and herbal nuances mingle with olive undertones, accompanied by a zesty mineral quality and a lively acidity. Overall, this wine is a comforting and engaging experience.

Elegant and revitalizing. lean and revitalizing. crisp and revitalizing.
Nolberto
The wine is a dry and supple blend, with a understated citrus and apple undertone, but lacks the distinctive flavor profile of rose.

This rosé receives praise for its elegant, crisp character with mineral notes and herbal-fruit undertones, though some find it lacks distinctiveness. Reviewers highlight its revitalizing acidity and briny quality, while opinions vary on its aromatic intensity.
