This Bourgogne Aligoté presents a brilliant pale straw hue, offering a nose of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and a subtle hint of white florals. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and linear, showcasing a precise minerality that underscores its Burgundian origin. The acidity is brisk yet well-integrated, providing a refreshing backbone to the delicate notes of pear and a whisper of almond. The finish is clean and invigorating, with a lingering saline quality that invites another sip. This wine exemplifies the classic, unadorned elegance of Aligoté, making it a quintessential aperitif choice.
