Domaine Adélie Champ Renard Bourgogne Aligoté is crafted from the Aligoté grape, grown in the renowned Burgundy region of France. The vineyard benefits from a continental climate, with warm summers and cool winters, which helps to preserve the grape's natural acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fresh, crisp character and is aged briefly to enhance its vibrant fruit profile. This Aligoté offers a refreshing style with notes of green apple and citrus, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate a lively and straightforward white wine.
