The wine's clean and zesty character is noted for by a mild evenness of green apple, pear, and chalky notes, with a dash of citrusy freshness. The freshness is dry and silky, coating the texture with a velvety texture. The finale is long and lingering, with a gentle waxy quality that extends on the aftertaste.
Galbanir
The nose is a elegant affair, with not much to get excited about, but perhaps it's the stemware that's to blame. A accent of yeast is present, adding a slightly yeasty note that's intriguing, if not entirely pleasant. The taste is a evolved mix of mineral and grape notes, with a slightly sharp, acidic quality that's both interesting and off-putting. It's a bold, unapologetic version of the grape, and it pairs well with seafood, primarily oysters, but may not be the best match for everything else on the menu.
Ticas
Bracing and clean wine with a pale yellow glow and a clear appearance. Its color is echoing of a freshly squeezed lemon and a nuance of green apple, with a nuanced minerality that adds layers and complexity. The zest is medium, well integrated by a medium alcohol content, resulting in a light-bodied and dry wine.

Notable flavors include citrus, green apple, and minerality, with a smooth, sometimes waxy texture. While some appreciate its bold acidity and pairing with seafood, others find certain notes off-putting. The wine is generally well-received for its complexity and clean finish.
