Wutz
Layered nose with a pronounced funk, accompanied by mild floral notes. The acidity is sharp, but the in total character is somewhat one-dimensional. whereas it holds its own on its own, it would be more easy when paired with complementary flavors.
Mohines
A vibrant and compelling wine with a citrusy and slightly sweet profile, presenting a nice evenness of brightness and a hint of orange, making it a very good premium for those looking for a racy and zesty drink.
Tapion
Agreeable and lively wine with a good symmetry of fruit and freshness, accompanied by a lush and verdant landscape of grass and herbs.

Della Staffa Conestabile Bianco offers a mix of vibrant citrus and earthy aromas. While some appreciate its lively acidity and herbal notes, others find it one-dimensional or underwhelming. The wine features flavors like lemon peel, peach, and raspberry, with a distinctive funk from wild yeast. It's best enjoyed with complementary flavors to enhance its character.
This intriguing Italian white exudes a pale straw hue, inviting exploration of its aromatic complexity. The nose is a vibrant tapestry of white peach, chamomile, and a whisper of almond blossom, underscored by a subtle saline minerality. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with a harmonious interplay of crisp acidity and a gentle phenolic grip, reminiscent of green apple skins. The finish is elegantly persistent, marked by a delicate hint of fennel and a touch of wet stone. This wine exemplifies the finesse and nuanced character typical of Umbria's artisanal winemaking tradition.
