Johnerik Tivaux
Soft and graceful wine with a supple texture, its medium-light body is perfectly harmonious by a light tannin structure, and yet black fruit and stewed fruit undertones provide a intense and lavish foundation. The finale is long and satisfying, with a gentle and oaky ending that continues pleasantly.
Zom-B Cowham
Nuanced and dimensional wine with a unique character. The delicate freshness and earthy background notes on the mouthfeel are immediately apparent. The nose is driven by by blackberry and oak, with a nuance of oakiness that adds depth. As the wine opens up, the earthy layers become more pronounced, suggesting a potential for further development. Initially rated as a 3.5, it may warrant a reevaluation in the future.

Coto de Gomariz La Flor y La Abeja Tinto is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with flavors of cherry, plum, and blackberry. It offers a smooth texture with minimal tannins and a complex nose of oak and earthy notes. While some appreciate its fruity and jammy profile, others find it refreshing and crisp. The wine pairs well with meats and cheeses, making it versatile for various occasions.
This vibrant red from Ribeiro, Galicia, is a testament to the region's prowess with indigenous varietals. The nose is a captivating bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of violets, underpinned by subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with silky tannins and a lively acidity that enhances its freshness. The interplay of juicy red fruit and a whisper of spice leads to a harmonious finish, marked by a touch of minerality.
