Metcho
Nuanced and exciting natural orange wine with a rich, silky texture, demonstrating a seamless equilibrium of sweet and sour notes, with undertones of dried citrus, stone fruit, and herbal undertones, tempered by a gentle bitterness and a lingering finish.

Smooth and elegant wine with a rich, golden color. Its medium body is well-balanced, with a dry yet contenting mouthfeel. The nose reveals a elegant hint of exotic fruit, similar to of old (dry) chenin blanc. The sensation is pleasantly surprised by a surprisingly low alcohol content of 10.5%. Overall, a delightful and welcoming wine that is sure to please.

COS Pithos Bianco is praised for its complex, earthy flavors with notes of citrus, apricot, and honey. Some appreciate its rich texture and balanced acidity, while others find it lacks intensity or has a bitter finish. Its unique orange hue and mineral undertones are highlighted, making it a distinctive choice for adventurous wine lovers.
This COS Pithos Bianco is a delightful wine of Grecanico from Sicily. On the nose, it has notes of white flowers, stone fruits and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a juicy acidity and a lingering finish. The wine is full-bodied and offers a great balance between fruit and mineral notes. Overall, it is a great expression of Sicilian terroir.
