Displaying a deep, inky purple hue, the Colomé Malbec Estate exudes a captivating bouquet of ripe blackberries, violets, and subtle hints of forest floor and dark chocolate, hallmark traits of high-altitude Salta terroir. On the palate, it reveals a robust structure with velvety tannins and a vibrant acidity that seamlessly integrates with layers of black plum, licorice, and a touch of graphite. The finish is long and resonant, underscored by a mineral freshness and a whisper of flinty oak. This Malbec stands as a quintessential expression of Argentina's prowess, offering both power and elegance in equal measure.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

The wine is crafted from 100% Malbec grapes, fermented in stainless steel to preserve the varietal's vibrant fruit character. It undergoes maturation in French oak barrels, imparting subtle spice and complexity.
