Bodega Colomé was founded in the year 1831. Later, in 2001, Donald and Úrsula Hess acquired the estate. The winery is run by Larissa and Christoph Ehrbar. In addition, Thibaut Delmotte serves as the winemaker for Bodega Colomé.

The varieties planted in the estate's vineyards include Malbec, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. In its farming practices, the winery uses organic fertilizers and avoids the use of herbicides. The irrigation water for both the vineyards and the Estancia comes from natural streams and mountain meltwater runoff. Reservoir water is then supplied directly to the base of the vines via drip irrigation. Furthermore, the estate features a hydroelectric system that harnesses mountain water in order to generate electricity for self-sufficiency.
On VinoVoss, Colomé has 2 wines in stock: 1 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 80 ratings.
