Bright and bright wine with a fruity profile, offering nuances of pear, making it a mind-blowing recommendation for warm weather.

Symphony of sweetness and dryness, with a understated nuance that evolves with temperature. I find it significantly suited to serving chilled, in a red wine glass, allowing the undertones to unfold with each sip. The pleasantness is undeniable, making it a versatile pairing for a variety of dishes, from appetizers to main courses, specifically with lighter fare.

What the web is saying

This Fiano from Puglia receives consistent praise for its bright, fruity profile featuring pear, peach, and apricot notes balanced by clean acidity. Reviewers highlight its versatility with food pairings and smooth body, though some note pronounced mineral undertones and a robust character. While most appreciate its refreshing crispness, the zesty acidity may be intense for some palates.

Voss Experts4.5

The 2020 Colli Della Murgia Tufjano presents a luminous straw-yellow hue, indicative of its vibrant character. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of ripe apricot, white peach, and a whisper of honeysuckle, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. The palate is a harmonious interplay of creamy texture and brisk acidity, offering flavors of golden apple and a hint of almond, which culminate in a lingering, saline-inflected finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance typical of the Puglia region, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a refined white wine experience.
