Stunned by the top notch quality of this wine. Well-balanced tannins, fruit remains vibrant, and mild whispers of oak, spice, dried flowers, and vanilla. The dry lasting impression is truly impressive. Initially, it was a bit closed, but it opened up beautifully, and the second day was even more exceptional. I'm thrilled that it has aged so well, considering its age. A true gem.

The vineyard in Gratallops, Priorat, is a harsh environment that barely sustains its vines. Despite the challenging conditions, this is what gives rise to the essence of Priorat. Priorat Wine is a vital component of the region's survival.
