Tapashi
Stunned by the top notch quality of this wine. Well-balanced tannins, fruit remains vibrant, and mild whispers of oak, spice, dried flowers, and vanilla. The dry lasting impression is truly impressive. Initially, it was a bit closed, but it opened up beautifully, and the second day was even more exceptional. I'm thrilled that it has aged so well, considering its age. A true gem.
Garcochan
The vineyard in Gratallops, Priorat, is a harsh environment that barely sustains its vines. Despite the challenging conditions, this is what gives rise to the essence of Priorat. Priorat Wine is a vital component of the region's survival.
Haka
Harmonious and elegant wine with a rich, soft texture. The deep, dense color is a testament to the wine's full bodied character. The nose is a masterful blend of bold, fruity aromas, with nuances of cherry, blackberry, and a nuanced tobacco note. The mouthfeel is outlined by a balanced seamlessness of juicy bracing quality and spicy undertones, all wrapped in a rich, full-bodied structure. The follow through is long and satisfying, with a lingering oak influence that adds complexity and sophistication to the wine. A truly top notch wine with a smooth, balanced finish.
