Cline Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2023

Cline Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is appreciated for its balanced blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and oak notes. Many enjoy its smooth, creamy texture and nuanced flavors of vanilla and butterscotch. While some find it lively and refreshing, others note a subtle sweetness. However, a few express disappointment with certain vintages, citing a decline in quality. Overall, it offers a versatile and enjoyable drinking experience.

This Chardonnay from the Sonoma Coast presents a pale straw hue, offering an inviting bouquet of ripe pear, lemon zest, and subtle honeysuckle, underscored by a whisper of toasted almond from judicious oak aging. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure with a creamy texture, balanced by vibrant acidity that enlivens the core of stone fruit and citrus flavors. The finish is elegantly prolonged, marked by a hint of minerality and a touch of vanilla spice. This wine exemplifies the coastal influence with its freshness and finesse, making it a commendable representation of its region.
