Exuding a deep garnet hue, this Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows a beautifully layered, structured profile built around dark fruit, mineral lift, and finely sculpted tannins. There is a sense of tension and refinement throughout, with floral and savory nuances adding dimension and length rather than overt richness. Its style is poised, polished, and age-worthy, making it especially compelling at the table. It pairs exceptionally well with dry-aged ribeye, herb-crusted lamb, braised short ribs, duck breast, or mushroom dishes with earthy depth. Hard aged cheeses such as Comté or aged Gouda also work beautifully, complementing the wine’s structure and elegance without overwhelming its precision.

Refined and elegant wine with a consistent harmony of flavors, highlighting the delicate nuances of the green bell pepper and rich fruit. as still in its prime, it has the potential to improve with time and proper cellaring. A great option for those expecting a refined and well-balanced wine.
