Dylla
Straightforward and uncomplicated wine that I've always enjoyed, despite its lack of pretension. I've found it to be significantly rewarding when it's not sparkling, as in this case. The Braghè from the Colli Tortonesi area is a classic example of simplicity and elegance, with a round and fruit-forward character that's well integrated by a plush consistency and a zesty acidity. The nose is initially unassuming, but it will reveal itself to be inky and darkly fruity with age. Overall, a very soft and accessible wine.
