Vibrant and vibrant wine with a seamless acidity, exhibiting a well blended blend of citrus, passion fruit, and white nectarine, supported by a nuanced limestone and a accent of green capsicum. As it opens, the wine reveals a slightly reductive character, but with time, it reveals its full potential, revealing a polished and clean finish. A well-crafted wine, suitable for sipping now.

This Sauvignon Blanc from Clark Estate presents a luminous, pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is an aromatic symphony of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and a whisper of white peach, underscored by a mineral flintiness that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, it is brisk and invigorating, with a precise acidity that frames the citrus and passion fruit core, leading to a crisp, clean finish.
