Sasatorn
Well-balanced Chablis with a consistent blend of fruitiness, acidity, and mineral balance. The wine's clean liveliness and strong mineral weight create a vibrant and elegant savoring experience. The whisper of citrus and lemon notes add a smooth structure to the wine. The full-bodied grip and long finale make it a stonking pairing for a variety of dishes, including grilled chicken and potato.
Kintzig
Bracing and bright pale lemon wine with a clean and medium plus intensity, underscoring youthful characteristics and a nuanced blend of citrus, apples, and pears. The dry and medium plus tanginess make it a well-balanced and refreshing drink, though the medium alcohol and body provide a comforting finish. Mineral tones are present, adding depth and complexity. Overall, a very good wine with potential for improvement with age.

While some find it well-balanced and refreshing, others note a fleeting aroma and lack of longevity. Its versatility makes it suitable for pairing with seafood and poultry dishes, offering a refined and sophisticated drinking experience.
