Upon initial release, the wine required a period of patience to fully unwind, with the nose unfolding over several hours to reveal a multi faceted scent of earthy, herbal, and fruity notes, containing mushroom, roasted coffee beans, and oak. The profile is recognized by a strong acidity, which is expertly smooth by the presence of black fruits, primarily cassis and blackberries, accompanied by a elegant note of liquorice. at the same time the wine may not have fully matured in its youth, it is clear that the 2014 Cru Artisans from Medoc is a wine that will continue to evolve and reveal new depths over the next few years, and it is recommended that it be revisited in the future to appreciate its full potential.

Layered smell with a rich, polished texture, featuring a consistent equilibrium of sweet and savory notes, featuring blackberry, black currant, and traces of chocolate, tobacco, and cedar, accompanied by a crisp, lively bracing quality and firm tannins, yielding a rewarding lasting impression with a decent length.

Timeless, classy red that exudes a sense of tradition and quality.
