Hotta
Elegant Sunday meal was savored with this wine, which emerged from Château Beychevelle's Les Brulières. at the same time not exceptional, it showed a certain je ne sais quoi, a quality that belies its even price point. The nose was recognized by a rich, velvety texture, with suggestions of vanilla, chocolate, and subtle pepper, as well as cedar undertones. Upon the palate, the wine presented a lush, fruit-forward profile, with ripe plum, chocolate, and spices mingling harmoniously. As the wine aged, its tannins softened, becoming more rounded and integrated, ultimately yielding a long, gratifying finish. It paired exquisitely with the deep flavors of porcini and the luxurious structure of kobe beef.
