Champagne Devaux Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne NV

This Champagne is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Côte des Blancs and Côte des Bar regions, known for their chalky soils which impart a distinct minerality. The cool climate of these areas ensures a long growing season, allowing the grapes to develop crisp acidity and delicate flavors. The wine undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, characteristic of the traditional méthode champenoise. Aged on lees for a minimum of three years, it offers a refined mousse with notes of citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche.
