Cederberg Shiraz is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with consistent notes of plum, mulberry, and black cherry. The wine often features a velvety finish, with hints of vanilla, oak, and spice. While some find it complex and well-balanced, others note a slightly acidic finish. It's recommended for pairing with robust dishes and has potential for aging.
This Cederberg Shiraz exhibits dark and intense aromas of blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, and a hint of earthiness. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a velvety texture and smooth tannins that lead to a long and complex finish with notes of cassis, blackberry, and sweet spice. Enjoy this exceptional wine with a hearty beef stew or slow-cooked lamb shanks.
