This vibrant Castoro Cellars Chardonnay offers a bright and aromatic nose of fresh apples and ripe pears, followed by delicate notes of lemon zest and creamy butterscotch. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a beautiful balance of soft acidity and creamy texture. Flavors of baked apples, toasted almonds, and honey linger on the finish. Enjoy with shellfish and creamy cheeses.

Seamless wine with a measured presence, giving a cohesive blend of flavors. The liveliness is average, with a smooth body and a dry finish. The nose reveals tones of pear, peach, vanilla, and butter, with a delicate suggestion of oak. The integration is decent, but could benefit from a more pronounced acidity. Overall, a well-crafted wine with a charming finish.
