This Casanova di Neri Pietradonice is a robust and full-bodied Italian red wine that has aromas of ripe cherries and plums, as well as hints of forest floor, spice, and leather. On the palate, it is intense and smooth, with flavors of sour cherry and licorice. The tannins are firm but well integrated and the finish is long and elegant. An excellent wine for a special occasion.
