Sauvignon blanc a correct taste, but not my favorites. I prefer other varieties.

Getrockru Capog
This little dragon prawn is a real treat! Initially, it had a soft scent calling to mind of sea spray, with a subtle floral and sweet undertone, followed by a gentle warmth that evoked the essence of green tea. As it warmed up, it developed a sweet and fruity aroma, nostalgic of tropical fruits, markedly mangoes and lychees. However, the flavor profile was somewhat lacking, lacking the necessary body and stability to fully support its aromatic qualities. Overall, a pleasing but ultimately unfulfilling experience.
Sihko Pulle
Bright and lean Sauvignon Blanc from Spain's Rueda region, underscoring a graceful evenness of citrus, grapefruit, and butter notes, matched by a creamy consistency and a note of tropical fruitiness.

Casa Rojo La Gabacha Sauvignon Blanc is appreciated for its tropical fruit aromas, including mango and lychee, and a creamy consistency with citrus and grapefruit notes. While some enjoy its floral and sweet undertones, others find it lacks body and stability. It pairs well with fish dishes, though not all find it their favorite variety.
Displaying a pale straw hue with glints of green, Casa Rojo La Gabacha Sauvignon Blanc immediately captivates with its aromatic intensity. The bouquet unfurls layers of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and white peach, underscored by a subtle minerality. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and well-structured, with a crisp acidity that elegantly balances its fruit-forward character. Notes of gooseberry and passion fruit are complemented by a hint of wet stone, leading to a clean, lingering finish. This Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the varietal's hallmark freshness and precision, making it a quintessential expression of its terroir.
