Cartuxa Pêra-Manca Tinto is a highly esteemed red wine from Portugal. It is produced by the renowned winery Cartuxa, known for their commitment to quality and tradition. This wine is crafted from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, carefully selected to showcase the unique terroir of the region. In terms of appearance, Cartuxa Pêra-Manca Tinto displays a deep, ruby red color, indicating its richness and intensity. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by subtle hints of spices and oak. On the palate, this wine exhibits a harmonious balance between its fruitiness and its well-integrated tannins. The flavors of black fruits persist, complemented by notes of vanilla and forest floor, which add depth and complexity. The wine's structure is robust, yet elegant, with a long and satisfying finish. Cartuxa Pêra-Manca Tinto is a wine that can be enjoyed now, but it also has great aging potential. It pairs exceptionally well with hearty dishes, such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses. Serving it at the appropriate temperature, around 16-18°C (61-64°F), will enhance its aromas and flavors.

Ann-Gerd
Rich, full-bodied PORTUGUESE Alentejo with a textured nose featuring herbal and earthy notes, accompanied by light cream undertones. The wine exhibits a smooth, unctuous texture, tempered by a sharp, lean acidity. Structured and well-balanced, yet it falls short of its esteemed reputation.
Argyro
Luscious and delightful wine with a velvety texture, masterfully harmonious and smooth, with mild nuances of toasted wood, spices, and a touch of coffee, making it a captivating standout for those chasing a full-bodied experience.
