What the web is saying

Carpineto Toscana Dogajolo Rosso is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and smooth texture, with notes of cherry, plum, and vanilla. Some find it well-balanced and versatile, ideal for pairing with pasta and meats, while others note a lack of complexity and depth. Its approachable nature and affordability make it a popular choice for everyday drinking, though a few reviews mention a dry finish that may not appeal to all.

Voss Experts4.5

This Carpineto Toscana Dogajolo Rosso is a beautifully balanced and complex red blend from Italy's Tuscany region. Boasting aromas of ripe red fruit, herbs, leather, and a hint of spice, it is full-bodied and silky in texture with soft tannins and a long, flavorful finish. A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, it is the perfect pairing for a variety of Italian cuisine.
