This is a rich and full-bodied red wine, made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Montalcino region of Italy. The wine has been aged for four years in large oak barrels, allowing it to develop a complex and intense bouquet of dark cherries, leather, forest floor, and spices. The palate is full and vibrant, with a long finish and good structure. It is an excellent wine for enjoying with hearty meals and will pair well with strong cheeses. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 30 years.

Vint
Refined selection of old vines, carefully chosen for their maturity and quality. A few impressive bottles stand out, featuring the best of Brunello. The colour has begun to darken, with a note of brick. The nose is a masterclass in complexity, with cherry and resinous layers highlighted by incense and candied fruit. The flavor is full bodied and full, with a velvety start, followed by a delightful zest and a lingering conclusion of spices and chocolate.
Fellipe
Very good reserve that I acquired in Tuscany, which I found enjoyable.
Aiss
Rich, full-bodied, and rich wine with a dense, mellow texture. The fruit is bold and luscious, with a deep, jammy character, enhanced by light herbal and anise notes. The conclusion is long and satisfying, with a comforting oak presence. A truly impressive wine, with excellent aging potential. 95 points today, 98+ in a decade. A true Brunello of distinction.

Capanna Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is celebrated for its rich, full-bodied profile, with layers of cherry, plum, and licorice. Many appreciate its velvety texture and complex aromas, including oak, forest floor, and chocolate. While some find the tannins smooth and well-balanced, others note a robust, tannic structure. The wine is praised for its aging potential and satisfying finish, making it a favorite among Brunello enthusiasts.
