Wine that failed to impress, with a lighter aroma and flavor than I'm accustomed to. The lasting impression was underwhelming, with a lack of layers and complexity. \nThe wine showed a range of flavors, comprising cherry, strawberry, and citrus notes, although the cherry was the most prominent. The aftertaste was short-lived, with a lingering aftertaste.\nWhile it paired well with my chicken quesadilla, I found it to be a somewhat forgettable experience. I did notice a elegant yeast note, which I found intriguing. However, I must remind myself that it wasn't a beer.
