Voss Expert tasting note
It has a deep, ruby-red color with aromas of juicy blackberries, raspberries, and a hint of forest floor. On the palate, it is lush and concentrated, with flavors of ripe cherries and a hint of toasty oak.

Beville
Refined and elegant wine with a seamless harmony of flavors, showcasing a lovely earthy nuance and a understated peppery undertone, but its strawberry accents add a touch of sweetness, creating a delightful sense of feel and depth.
Leighton
Disappointing sensation with this 2015, which failed to live up to its reputation. The over-extraction and lack of the ripe fruit that Sangreal is known for made it a poor match for its age. The bottle was likely oxidized, and this vintage is not representative of the general quality.

By Farr Sangreal Pinot Noir is praised for its rich, earthy character and complex layers, featuring strawberry, cherry, and subtle spice notes. While some find it elegant and balanced with smooth tannins, others report occasional over-extraction and oxidation issues. The wine's nuanced flavors and harmonious finish make it a favorite among Pinot Noir enthusiasts, though some vintages may not meet expectations.
This By Farr Sangreal Pinot Noir is a splendid example of the variety. It has a deep, ruby-red color with aromas of juicy blackberries, raspberries, and a hint of forest floor. On the palate, it is lush and concentrated, with flavors of ripe cherries and a hint of toasty oak. The finish is long and silky, with a well-balanced acidity and fine tannins. An excellent expression of cool-climate Pinot Noir.
