Enci Mcpheat
Elegant, refined, with a gentle minerality on the palate. A faint stability of citrus, stone, and vanilla notes. Versatile pairing options include quiche, lentils, and sausage, making it a ideal top pick for a variety of dishes.
Sakse
The producer has attempted to showcase a more nuanced Aligote, with a nose featuring mild oak, green apple, and lemon notes. However, the tongue was surprisingly soft and milky, with a notable oily and barn-like finish.
Boyoung Encalado
Typical, well-balanced Burgundy with a short finish, delivering a solid, everyday drinking experience.

This Aligoté from Bruno Colin showcases elegant minerality and citrus notes with versatile food pairing potential. While praised for its refined character and well-balanced profile, some note contrasting elements like a dry saline finish or occasional barn-like undertones, creating a complex yet approachable Burgundy experience.
Bruno Colin Bourgogne Aligoté presents a fresh and zesty bouquet of lemon zest, green apple, and white peach, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of crushed rocks. On the palate, it is light and crisp with a lively acidity that enlivens the flavors of citrus and green apples. The wine has a mineral backbone and a clean, refreshing finish with hints of white flowers and a touch of chalky minerality. It's an elegant expression of Aligoté with a bright, zesty character.
