Brancatelli Valle delle Stelle, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, presents a rich tapestry of flavors and aromas. On the nose, it reveals an inviting bouquet of ripe blackcurrants, blackberries, and a hint of plum, interlaced with subtle notes of cedar and forest floor. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured, showcasing layers of dark fruit, along with nuances of cocoa and espresso. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity provide a harmonious texture, leading to a lengthy, elegant finish with lingering touches of vanilla and spice from the oak aging.
