Exhibiting a luminous straw hue, this Chardonnay from Collio unfolds with a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, particularly peach and apricot, intertwined with nuanced floral notes of acacia and a whisper of hazelnut. The palate is a masterclass in balance, showcasing a creamy texture supported by vibrant acidity, which elevates its mineral undertones. Subtle oak integration adds layers of complexity, with hints of vanilla and a touch of spice. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of citrus zest and almond.
