The wine's aroma and flavor profile is highlighted by by sweet and fruity notes, with a accent of watermelon and strawberry. However, the crispness is somewhat lacking, resulting in a mild in summary character that is agreeable but unremarkable. The sweetness is a mild nuance, but it's not enough to evenness the wine's flavor profile. Overall, it's a mild and pleasant wine that is unlikely to impress, but may appeal to those who prefer a milder taste.
Chilhee
Bright and dry rosé that highlights the best of Spanish tempranillo grape, with a refreshing and fruity profile that is sure to please. The under-ripe strawberry and watermelon rind suggestions are a perfect representation of the grape's natural acidity and minerality, making it a outstanding standout for warm weather and outdoor gatherings.

Bodegas Latúe Tempranillo Rosado offers a mix of sweet and fruity notes, with prominent strawberry and watermelon flavors. While some appreciate its refreshing and bright profile, others find it lacks crispness and is unremarkable. The wine is well-suited for warm weather and pairs well with various dishes, though its sweetness may not appeal to everyone.
Displaying a captivating pale salmon hue, the Bodegas Latúe Tempranillo Rosado opens with an aromatic bouquet of wild strawberries, red currants, and a hint of rose petal. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant, medium-bodied structure, underscored by crisp acidity that elevates its fresh, fruit-forward character. Subtle notes of white peach and a whisper of citrus zest add complexity, while the mineral-driven finish offers a refined, lingering impression. This rosado exemplifies the finesse and elegance of modern Spanish rosé, making it a delightful companion to light Mediterranean fare or as an aperitif.
