The color is a profound rubine hue, with a slight garnet undertone. and yet the French Provence rosés have a more delicate, zesty quality, this wine offers a more substantial and gratifying savoring experience. Overall, I find it to be a compelling alternative to the more straightforward approach of the Provence rosés.

Rich and thought provoking wine with a voluptuous history, this bottle has undergone a thorough transformation. The addition of dried currants and tobacco flavors adds strength and complexity, as the smoky undertones and mineral layers provide a sense of balance. However, the wine's character is marred by its serving temperature, which results in a muted and unbalanced experience. When served near room temperature, the wine becomes overly soapy, a jarring contrast to its voluptuous and nuanced flavors. The addition of a splash of red wine seems to have been a misguided attempt to add a splash of color, resulting in a confusing and unappealing finish.
