This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a medium to deep ruby hue, indicative of its richness. The nose is a complex interplay of cassis, black plums, and subtle vanilla, underscored by hints of crushed mint and forest floor leaf, suggesting a classic expression of the varietal. On the palate, it reveals a soft structure with supple, well-integrated tannins and acidity that provides balance and freshness. The mid-palate is rich with dark chocolate notes, leading to a broad, bold and generous finish marked by a whisper of vanilla and spice.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
