Blackbird Vineyards Illustration makes a statement about the quality potential of Merlot in a region dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. The immense concentration of fruit rivals that of Cabernet Sauvignon but the body is very different. Full and lush with a velvety texture this is smoother than Cabernet Sauvignon can be. A must for drinkers of powerful, yet soft, wines over the next 10 years.

Leart
Bold and multi faceted wine with a perfect evenness of dark fruit and well-integrated tannins, making it a remarkable highlight for aging. Its long ending and excellent potential for development make it a worthwhile investment.
Siseley
Rich, mellow wine with a dimensional nose featuring plum, lilac, and sawdust notes, complemented by leather and paprika undertones. The dark, bold ruby color is a testament to the slow oxidation process, whereas the full mouth feel and round tannins make it a pleasure to sip. The lasting impression is long and satisfying, with a understated accent of citrus and molasses.
