Guoping
Vibrant and lean Italian sparkling wine with a straw yellow color and a whisper of green hues, featuring white fruits, pear, and floral notes, accompanied by a subtle mineral touch. It has a medium-bodied texture, a fresh and fruity character, and a satisfying finish. meanwhile it may not stand out as a exceptional wine, it is a solid selection for an aperitif, and its price is reasonable. Overall, it is a decent option, but not significantly memorable.
Bolous
Charming start to the year, with Double PnPeachy and Peary returning in the mix.
Bibliary
Disappointing prosecco encounter with numerous off notes.

Bisol Relio Rive di Guia Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut is noted for its vibrant and lean profile with white fruits, pear, and floral notes. Some appreciate its fresh, fruity character and reasonable price, while others find it unexceptional with off notes. It serves well as an aperitif but may not be memorable.
This Prosecco Superiore Brut offers an exquisite expression of the Valdobbiadene terroir, with a pale straw hue and a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is an aromatic bouquet of white peach, acacia blossom, and a hint of almond, underscored by a delicate minerality. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and subtle creaminess, with flavors of crisp green apple and pear. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering note of citrus zest. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance characteristic of the Rive di Guia subzone, making it a benchmark for quality Prosecco.
