I purchased this wine primarily due to its label, which caught my eye. Upon opening, it proved to be a full-bodied wine with a full bodied profile. It pairs well with meat dishes and cheese, making it a well suited selection for various occasions.
Keian
It was a mixed bag, with a mellow and spicy shade that was okay, but ultimately fell short of being a exceptional experience.

I'm a sucker for pretty much any cute dog marketing, but in this case, I thoroughly enjoyed the wine. It was a smooth and accessible drink with no lingering aftertaste. I'd definitely consider purchasing it again.

Bigode Red Blend is appreciated for its rich, fruity profile with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and vanilla. While some enjoy its smooth, full-bodied nature and sweet, jammy flavors, others find it overly sweet or simplistic. It pairs well with meat and cheese, offering a versatile drinking experience. The wine's charming label also attracts buyers, though opinions on its complexity vary.
The 2021 Bigode Red Blend presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust composition. On the nose, it unveils a layered bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and a hint of dried herbs, underscored by a subtle oak influence. The palate is full-bodied, showcasing a harmonious interplay of velvety tannins and vibrant acidity, which enhances its structural integrity. Flavors of plum compote and cassis are complemented by a whisper of dark chocolate, leading to a lingering, spice-tinged finish. This wine exemplifies the quintessential balance and depth characteristic of a well-crafted Iberian blend, offering immediate appeal and potential for short-term aging.
