Bentu Luna Sobi presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose is an intricate tapestry of dark plum, blackcurrant, and a hint of graphite, underscored by a subtle minerality that speaks to its terroir. On the palate, the wine reveals a full-bodied structure with finely grained tannins and a vibrant acidity, offering a harmonious balance. Flavors of ripe blackberry and a whisper of anise evolve into a lingering finish with nuances of dark chocolate and a touch of earthiness. This wine exemplifies the elegance and depth of its region, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for graceful aging.

Bentu Luna Sobi is crafted from indigenous grape varieties grown in the rugged, sun-drenched landscapes of Sardinia. The vineyard benefits from the Mediterranean climate, where warm days and cool nights enhance the grapes' aromatic complexity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit character, followed by aging in neutral vessels to maintain purity of expression. This wine offers a medium-bodied profile with vibrant acidity, showcasing notes of ripe stone fruits and a subtle mineral undertone. Ideal for those seeking a genuine taste of Sardinia's unique terroir.
