The nose is decadent and opulent, with a textured array of fruit notes, with ripe red apple, pear, and grapefruit, which are gradually evolving into elegant minerals and a nuance of sweetness. The nose is also infused with floral and sweet spice, accompanied by a touch of honey and a elegant orchard fruit character. The profile is recognized by a medium body and a racy acidity, with a dry and austere finish. The wine is also notable for its soft mineral and salty notes, which add strength and intricacy to the all around flavor profile. Overall, the wine is a well-balanced and elegant effort, with a clean and fruit-forward finish.

This Aligoté presents a pale straw hue, revealing its youthful vigor. The nose is a precise bouquet of green apple, lemon zest, and a hint of wet stone minerality, underscoring its Burgundian pedigree. On the palate, it showcases a vibrant acidity that is both refreshing and mouth-watering, seamlessly integrated with flavors of white peach and a subtle almond nuance. The wine's texture is crisp yet rounded, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish. This is a quintessential expression of Aligoté, offering a refined balance of freshness and complexity, ideal for those seeking a classic representation of the varietal.
