Bella Union Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Nuanced and delicate wine with a rich, plush texture, Bella Union is a masterful blend of Rutherford grapes, displaying the label's signature nuance and depth. The 70% new French oak aging process adds a gentle yet pronounced dimension, but the 30% used oak contributes a suggestion of warmth and spice. The Bdx blend is a testament to the label's commitment to crafting wines that are both modern and timeless. With its elegant balance of sweet and savory notes, this wine is a true gem.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, rich color and a nuanced nose featuring dark berries, leather, and delicate oak notes. The mouthfeel is smooth and velvety, with a well blended symmetry of sweet and savory flavors, accompanied by a satisfying oak and spice presence. The ending is long and lingering, leaving a lingering impression. A truly fantastic wine, and a stellar in its class. A well-deserved 4.5 stars.
