Crafted from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the Vallegrande vineyard in Barbaresco, this Riserva is produced from old vines, enhancing concentration and complexity. The vineyard benefits from a continental climate with significant diurnal temperature variation, promoting balanced ripening. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended aging in large Slavonian oak casks, which imparts subtle spice and structure. This wine showcases a classic Barbaresco profile with firm tannins, bright acidity, and flavors of red fruit and earthy undertones. Ideal for aging, it offers a glimpse into the traditional winemaking practices of the region.
