This Sauvignon Blanc presents a crystalline, pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a bouquet of zesty citrus, predominantly lime and grapefruit, interwoven with subtle notes of freshly cut grass and a whisper of elderflower. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, linear structure with pronounced acidity that invigorates the senses. Flavors of green apple and passion fruit unfold, underscored by a mineral edge that adds depth and complexity.
