This Sauvignon Blanc presents a crystalline, pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a bouquet of zesty citrus, predominantly lime and grapefruit, interwoven with subtle notes of freshly cut grass and a whisper of elderflower. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, linear structure with pronounced acidity that invigorates the senses. Flavors of green apple and passion fruit unfold, underscored by a mineral edge that adds depth and complexity. The finish is brisk and refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of wet stone and citrus zest. A quintessential expression of its varietal, ideal for immediate enjoyment.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
