Azienda Agricola Zoppi Cristina's Grignolino d'Asti is crafted from the Grignolino grape, native to the Piedmont region of Italy. This wine originates from vineyards situated in Asti, benefiting from a continental climate with warm summers and cool winters, ideal for grape maturation. The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's natural acidity and delicate fruit flavors. This results in a light-bodied red wine with bright acidity and subtle tannins, showcasing notes of red berries and a hint of spice. It is intended for early consumption to enjoy its fresh and vibrant character.
