The Austin Hope Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite expression of the varietal, offering bold yet elegant flavors of black currants, forest floor, and cedar. The palate is full-bodied and robust, yet balanced with a smooth tannic finish. The wine is full of ripe dark fruit flavors and a lingering finish. Enjoy it with a grilled steak or a rich lasagna.

Dyorgenes
Voluptuous and decadent wine with a supple texture, its well-rounded flavor profile is recognized by a prominent front end featuring undertones of cherry, plum, and strawberry, even as a refined and creamy trail is accompanied by warm and comforting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and inky chocolate.
Iamireny Piski
Rich, full-bodied Paso Robles cabernet with a full bodied nose featuring layers of leather, tobacco, and smoke, followed by layers of black berries and chalk, with a long, satisfying finish.
Sara-Anne
Rich, full-bodied wine with a dark, inky sheen and low clarity. The nose is sweet and fruity, with a savory undertone, in contrast the flavor is dense and oily, filled with blackberry and plum flavors. The close is long and lingering, with vanilla, spice, and fruit notes. A modern take on the classic cabernet, this wine is a statement piece.

Austin Hope Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with flavors of blackberry, plum, and vanilla. Many appreciate its smooth texture and long finish, while some find it overly oaked or lacking nuance. The wine's deep color and complex aromas of chocolate and forest floor are highlights, though a few suggest it benefits from aging. Overall, it's a luxurious and indulgent choice.
