August Briggs Meritage

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

This Meritage is a masterful blend that showcases the harmonious synergy of Bordeaux varietals. In the glass, it presents a deep garnet hue, hinting at its depth and complexity. The nose is an intricate tapestry of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and subtle graphite, interwoven with nuances of cedar and dark chocolate. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a vibrant acidity that balances the wine's opulent fruit core. The finish is long and resonant, with echoes of cassis and a touch of savory herbaceousness, marking it as a quintessential expression of New World elegance.
