Attems Pinot Grigio NV

Lively and refreshing wine with a pale, yellow-green hue, offering a good stability of tanginess and a gentle sweetness. The aromas of zesty lime, green apple, and grapefruit unfold with a nuance of honey, adding intensity and complexity. The wine's light to medium body and refreshing trail make it a delightful and revitalizing drink, perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with lighter fare.

Distinctively different Pinot Grigio, outlined by extended contact with the fruit, uniquely in Friuli Venezia Giulia. This style of vineyard is known for its rich, full-bodied wines, and the key factor in this particular Pinot Grigio is the extended contact period between juice and grapes. This results in a color that is coppery in hue, with a lovely, slightly orange blush. The nose is less sweet and less floral than expected, with a subtle citrus note calling to mind of lime and pink grapefruit. The taste is dry, smooth, and crisp, with a lean profile that suggests a savory character, featuring hints of yellow apples and steady grapefruit. This Pinot Grigio is an exciting and engaging wine that is sure to appeal to those looking for a unique and rich savoring experience.
