Inky and profound, the Argot Posted Syrah reveals a bouquet of blackcurrant, flintd meat, and cracked black pepper, underscored by hints of violets and graphite. The palate is a masterclass in balance and intensity, with plush, velvety tannins framing a core of ripe blackberry and plum. A subtle minerality threads through the wine, enhancing its depth and complexity. The finish is long and resonant, with a whisper of dark chocolate and a touch of savory olive tapenade. This Syrah exemplifies the robust yet elegant character of its terroir, making it a benchmark for New World expressions.

Argot Posted Syrah is crafted from grapes grown in Sonoma County, where the cool coastal climate and diverse soils contribute to its distinctive character. This Syrah undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit profile, followed by aging in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels, which adds subtle layers of spice and texture. The wine showcases ripe blackberry and plum flavors, complemented by hints of pepper and a touch of earthiness. Designed for those who appreciate a bold yet balanced red, it offers a structured palate with smooth tannins and a lingering finish.
